Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rewa Images ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

• Upload, download, or use content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform for illegal, defamatory, or harassing purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Upload content containing graphic violence, hate speech, or explicit sexual material
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense content beyond the scope of the purchased license

4. Intellectual Property Rights

For Contributors: Contributors retain full copyright ownership of their submitted images. By uploading content to the Platform, contributors grant Rewa Images a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and sublicense the content as per the selected license type.

For Buyers: The license purchased grants you specific usage rights as defined in the individual license agreement. All other rights remain with the contributor.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Credits expire as specified at the time of purchase. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with Indian tax laws.

6. Contributor Payouts

Contributor earnings are calculated based on the number of downloads and the license type selected by buyers. Payouts are processed manually by the Rewa Images team and are subject to:

• Minimum balance threshold: ₹1,000
• 7-day processing hold after payout request
• Direct bank transfer as the sole payment method

Payouts are made in INR to the bank account provided during contributor registration. Bank details are encrypted and securely stored.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Platform, or any transaction shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Delhi courts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewa Images shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or content downloaded from the Platform.

9. Termination

Rewa Images reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
