Editorial Digital License Agreement

Rewa Images grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded image(s) under the following terms.

Permitted Uses

• Publication on websites, online news platforms, blogs, and digital magazines
• Social media posts in an editorial/informational context
• Digital newsletters and email publications
• Online educational materials

Restrictions

• No print use. This license does not cover print publications, newspapers, or magazines.
• No commercial use. Images may not be used in advertising, marketing, product packaging, or promotional materials.
• No implied endorsement. Images may not be used in a manner that implies any person depicted endorses a product, service, or brand.
• No defamatory use. Images may not be used in a false, misleading, or defamatory context.
• No resale or sublicensing. You may not sell, resell, or sublicense the image.
• One-time use. This license covers a single editorial publication.

Attribution

Photo credit to the contributor is strongly recommended. Use the format: Photo: [Contributor Name] / Rewa Images

Term & Territory

Worldwide, one-time use, no expiry on the permitted digital publication.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

Editorial Print & Digital License Agreement

Rewa Images grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded image(s) under the following terms.

Permitted Uses

• Online and digital publications (websites, news platforms, blogs, digital magazines)
• Print publications: newspapers, magazines, journals, newsletters
• Books in an editorial/non-fiction context (not for commercial cover use)
• Television news and documentary broadcasts
• Educational materials in both print and digital formats

Restrictions

• No commercial use. Images may not be used in advertising, marketing, product packaging, or promotional materials.
• No implied endorsement. Images may not be used in a manner that implies any person depicted endorses a product, service, or brand.
• No defamatory use. Images may not be used in a false, misleading, or defamatory context.
• No resale or sublicensing. You may not sell, resell, or sublicense the image.
• No use as album or book cover art where the image is used as a primary commercial marketing element.

Print Run

Unlimited circulation within the 1-year term.

Term & Territory

Worldwide, 1 year from the date of purchase. For continued use after 1 year, a new license must be purchased.

Rewa Images grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded image(s) under the following terms.

Permitted Uses

• All uses permitted under the Editorial Print & Digital License, plus:
• Books (non-fiction, academic, educational, reference works) — including print and digital editions
• Museum and gallery exhibitions (physical and digital)
• Theatrical and streaming documentary films
• Academic presentations, conferences, and published papers
• Non-profit educational campaigns
• Archival and institutional use

Restrictions

• No commercial use. Images may not be used in advertising, marketing, product packaging, or promotional materials.
• No implied endorsement. Images may not be used in a manner that implies any person depicted endorses a product, service, or brand.
• No defamatory use. Images may not be used in a false, misleading, or defamatory context.
• No resale or sublicensing. You may not sell, resell, or sublicense the image.

Term & Territory

Worldwide, perpetual (no expiry). This license remains valid indefinitely from the date of purchase.
